JAMB VALIDATION PROCEDURE

We have reviewed the procedure and pricing for the current 2016/2017 Jamb Registration and we believe that it will suits you and I, the under listed are the price and procedure for the registration.

Pricing:

• System Activation                         =             N1,500
• Validation                                      =             N300 
•  Jamb Form                                   =             N5,500
• Correction of Data                        =             N1,500

PROCEDURE FOR ACTIVATION:

•  Java Runtime is required by this Portal with a minimum of version 1.6. Update your system Java Runtime online now
•  Uninstall the DigitalPersona if you have it on your system
•  Download and install Biometric Prerequisite From:  http://www.jamb.org.ng/unifiedtme/OfflineInstaller/install.htm
• After the installation you will get something like this as shown in the figure below:

Copy the System ID that is displayed and send it to us indicating your business name or Cyber Café name. We will communicate to you the day you will come to our office for offline access code activation which will be within two days after we receive your details for reservation. NB: the affiliate is strictly on a first come first serve basis for we have limited slot.

• After the activation disconnect your computer from the internet and launch the offline it will display as in the figure below. 

You are now good to go to register your candidate.

Note: Never connect your system to internet whenever you want to launch the offline, otherwise your offline will be ban and it will be difficult to give any offline again. We advise you to make use of special system that will not connect to internet at all. 

CAPTURING CANDIDATE/SENDING DATA FOR VALIDATION

• Download the UTME Registration Template and have the candidate fill it as shown below:

NB; that you will retain this Template after the candidate have finish filling it for reference purpose and remember to write the candidate Card Pin and Serial number together with the date of registration on the template as shown on the figure above. This is because some candidate may likely going to lose the Slip or the card and will still come back to you for rescue.

• Launch or open the offline without internet connection and Register the candidate

•  Click continue registration and complete other information

• After capturing candidate as usual and details saved, go to your Document and look for a file named JAMB TEMP if you are not seeing it follow this step.

v       For windows 7, Vista & 8

1. Go to document
2.  Click on organize
3.  Click on FOLDER AND SEARCH OPTION
4.  Click on View
5.  Click on SHOW HIDDEN FILE AND DRIVERS
6. Click APPLY and OK Respectively 
7. Go back to your Document you will see a JAMB TEMP open the folder and copy the corresponding CMP file, create a folder on your desktop and paste the CMP file after which you will compressed and zip the folder before sending to us for validation. 
8. For identification of the file you just captured; the first 9 Digit of the CMP File should be the serial number of the Jamb Card you used for capturing. 

     

        

• To locate your Jamb Temp File on Windows XP: follow the step below:

1)      Click on Start

2)      Click on Control Panel

3)      On the control Panel Address bar, delete the Control Panel and type Folder Option

4)      Click on View

5)      Scroll down and select SHOW HIDDEN FILES AND FOLDERS

9)      Click APPLY and OK Respectively

6)      Go back to your Document you will see a JAMB TEMP FOLDER.

If you find anything difficult we advise you to download and install TeamViewer on your system so that we can access your computer to assist you.
